Peter Drucker has said, “The leaders who work most effectively, it seems to me, never say ‘I’ and that’s not because they have trained themselves not to say ‘I’ They don’t think ‘I’ They think ‘WE’; they think ‘TEAM’ They understand their job is to make the team function. They accept responsibility and don’t sidestep it, but ‘WE’ get the credit. . . . This is what creates trust, what enables you to get the task done.”

The Lord entrusts different works to different devotees. Some devotees are given the work of building temples and Maths, or Ghats (flight of steps) on rivers; some are made to lose themselves in the joy of singing the glories of God and some are sent on pilgrimages. Amongst all the devotees, I am insignificant. I do not know what quality in me made Sai, the ocean of compassion and cloud of mercy, shower his grace on me! I am Thankful to My guru.
